RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
What Products Can I Return?
- Products purchased within the last 30 days.
- Products that are in unopened resalable condition.
- Items must be returned in original packing.
- If your products meet the “Return” criteria listed above you may mail back your purchase (at your cost) to our warehouse. You will receive a refund to your credit card for the purchase price of the item(s) which does not include any shipping costs you may have incurred.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in US and Canada. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in US or Canada. Any shipments outside of US and Canada that have special order should be discussed with a sales representative over the phone or email at [email protected]
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. We do not ship outside the US and Canada. Get in touch with us to see if exceptions may apply.

- Regular shipping pricing: 1 box – $19.50, 2 boxes – $20.50, 3 or more boxes/items – $27.00. Delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days.
- Expedited shipping service is $35.
- We currently ship across Canada and USA. Please contact us for shipping beyond North America.
