Our Story - From Experience to Innovation

Colo-Majic® began in 1996, born from the personal journey of Doug Wolrich. After being diagnosed with colon cancer in 1989 and undergoing colostomy surgery, Doug faced the daily difficulties of ostomy care firsthand. Determined to find a solution that made life easier, he developed the first flushable, biodegradable colostomy bag liners. What began as a personal innovation quickly became a transformative product for ostomy patients across Canada, the United States, and beyond.
