Returns & Refunds Policy – Colo-Majic® Ostomy Supplies

 

At Colo-Majic®, we want you to feel confident when ordering our ostomy supplies. While we stand behind the quality of our biodegradable ostomy liners and accessories, we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned. This policy explains when and how refunds and returns are processed.


 

1. Product Availability & Refunds

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund using your original method of payment.


 

2. What Products Can I Return?

You may return eligible items if:

  • The purchase was made within the last 30 days.
  • Products are in unopened, resalable condition.
  • Items are returned in their original packaging.

 

If your products meet these criteria, please mail them back (at your cost) to our warehouse. Refunds are issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the items. Shipping fees are not refundable.


 

3. Delivery Locations

Orders placed on our website are available for delivery to addresses in Canada and the USA.

  • We also accept orders from international customers if shipping is directed to a Canadian or U.S. address.

4. Shipping Costs & Services

Shipping charges depend on the weight of your order and delivery method. Exact costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

Regular shipping rates:

  • 1 box – $19.50
  • 2 boxes – $20.50
  • 3 or more boxes/items – $33.00

Expedited shipping: $38

Delivery time: Approximately 5–10 business days across Canada and the USA.

We currently ship only to Canada and the USA. For exceptions, please contact our support team.

5. Products or Services Terms

  • All purchases are subject to product availability.
  • We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities available through our website.
  • Sales of products may be restricted by person, household, or geographic region.

To initiate a return of ostomy supplies or colostomy supplies, please:

  • Confirm your items meet the criteria (unopened, within 30 days, original packaging).

  • Ship the items back at your expense.
  • Allow time for processing once the items are received.

  • Refunds apply to product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Expedited shipping charges are also non-refundable.
