Where We Ship
Canada & USA: We currently ship to all provinces, territories, and U.S. states.
Outside North America: We do not typically ship outside Canada and the USA. If you need delivery elsewhere, please contact us or call 1-866-611-6028 in North America to see if exceptions may apply.
Important: All customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Colo-Majic® does not cover or reimburse these charges.
Shipping Costs for Ostomy Supplies
Our shipping rates are transparent and based on your order size:
United States (USPS Tacked Package)
1-2 boxes of ostomy liners or supplies: $33.00
3-5 boxes of colostomy liners or supplies: $39.00
6-10 boxes of ostomy liners or supplies: $43.00
Canada (Standard Shipping)
1-2 boxes of ostomy liners or supplies: $20.50
3 or more boxes of colostomy liners or supplies: $33.00
Final shipping charges are displayed during checkout once you’ve added products to your cart.
Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Approximately 5–10 business days for both Canada and USA.
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
